Beneath the Surface exhibition

We are just finalising our upcoming exhibition Beneath the Surface. The images are now completed and heading to the framers. The work is an exploration of the object and all respond to the idea of place. The works on paper are exploring similar ideas but in different media-watercolour, etching and photography. The work is a culmination of over a years endeavour. The opening will be on the 27th March, at 6pm at M16 Gallery in Griffith. The idea of an exhibition had its kernel a long time ago (15 years!) when Tiff, Pete and I were working on some commercial projects together and thought we should do something in the fine art world. Well it has now come to fruition-the dates are set, the images are resolved and the bar is stocked. There is a complimentary synergy happening within the differing styles of work.
